When she moved to her new bungalow in Surrey recently, Mrs Williams knew straight away that she wanted to change its windows, which she describes as “Awful – old-fashioned with ugly diamond panes.”

And she knew exactly who to contact: us at Worthing Windows! After all, we were the obvious choice given that we’d helped her a couple of years previously with new double glazed windows in her last home.

On that occasion, Mrs Williams thought we’d done such a good job she wanted exactly the same windows again in her new home, so she got on the phone to us right away, and we were delighted to be able to help this customer get what they wanted in their new residence.

“I’d previously been impressed with Rob of Worthing Windows and the way he really listened to what we wanted, and advised us about the products we should think about having. Equally, I remembered how quickly they’d put the windows in, leaving no mess to clear up and nothing to redecorate afterwards.”

After getting the call from Mrs Williams, we replaced the existing timber frames in the newly acquired bungalow with uPVC windows.

And she admits that there were concerns at first because she’d just had new carpets put in at the same time.

“But the fitters covered the flooring before starting work, cleaned up after themselves and took the debris away, so there really wasn’t anything to worry about at all.”

As for the end result, Mrs Williams and her family love it!

“The windows look great and will be a lot easier to keep clean than wood ones. I really can’t recommend Worthign Windows highly enough. They have excellent products and offer a great personal service.”

We were delighted to do this job, and particularly thrilled that our customer is so happy with the end result.

Indeed, this project went so well it was highlighted as a case study by the Certified Installer Network, of which we’re proud members. This trade body represents dozens of door, window and conservatory installation firms UK-wide, allowing customers to make an informed decision about the organisation they choose for their installations.

Membership means thorough, regular vetting and membership of other industry organisations.
